About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team full-time and help us build a world-class team as we continue to grow. You will work closely with leaders across Pulsar to attract top talent, run efficient hiring processes, and create an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer stage. The ideal candidate is proactive, excited about taking ownership of recruiting initiatives and comfortable moving fast in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting processes for selected roles, from sourcing and outreach to interview coordination and offer stage support
- Manage relationships with external recruiters and staffing partners to ensure quality pipelines and timely execution
- Coordinate interviews, keeping processes organized and candidate-friendly
- Source and engage high-potential candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and outbound outreach
- Help hiring managers define role requirements, scorecards, and ideal candidate profiles
- Ensure excellent candidate experience through clear communication and follow-ups
About You
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Passion for recruiting and for being part of a fast-growing startup
- Location: Remote
