We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Account Development Representative to join Pulsar at a pivotal moment, working directly with our CEO and COO—the company’s founders—to lead our expansion into the U.S. market. This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of a proven company’s international growth, helping shape our commercial presence from the ground up.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment. They will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and creating new business opportunities across key industrial sectors in the United States.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The BDR will generate qualified leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and help define our go-to-market strategy. As we grow, this role offers clear potential for increased responsibility and career progression within the commercial team.
